Pet & Parking Guidelines

  • Other Pets Allowed: All animal information for Terrazzo must be current in OurPetPolicy, our designated animal management system. This includes both Pets and Assistance Animals (animals required due to a disability). For standard household pets, there is an annual charge of $28 for the first pet, and $24 for any additional pets, payable to OurPetPolicy. There is no fee for registering a unit as having no animals nor is there a cost for assistance animals.
